The third of our 2021 releases, this unusual barrel aged beer was dry beaned on bourbon barrel aged Ugandan coffee beans from Indie Coffee Roasters.
AROMA: earthy, coffee bean, chocolate, leather
APPEARANCE: yellow-gold, soft white head
FLAVOUR: dark roasted coffee contrasts with funky peach pit and sour candy notes. Hints of bourbon, vanilla, and oak.
MOUTHFEEL: effervescent, full, sour and crisp finish
PAIRINGS: tiramisu, almond croissant, lemon tart
Our Wild Construct series explores the order and chaos in nature with an ever-evolving line-up of aged wild ales, carefully blended with fruits/adjuncts that complement the unique characteristics of each barrel.
Shelf-life: Can be aged for years at cellar temperatures.

Hops: Magnum, Tettnang
Yeast: Vermont Ale, HiChew, Cherry Blaster
