A unique beer to celebrate our 5th anniversary, Eighteen Hundred is a sour porter fermented with our house brettanomyces on ample amounts of sweet and tart cherry. This combination gives rise to aromas and flavours reminiscent of black forest cake and mingling dark berry. The acidity is complemented by a lightly tannic mouthfeel and a subtle finish of sweet dark cherry juice.
Shelf-life: 12+ months, store refrigerated or at cellar temperatures.
Malts: 2-Row (Rahr), Crystal Medium, Crystal Dark, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Roasted Barley
Hops: Amarillo, El Dorado
Yeast: Vermont Ale, Halo Brett Blend
