At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 250mL in a pint glass. From Toronto, Ontario's Bevi Birra Bottle Shop. My tenth beer from the Toronto brewery, and third for 2025...

Poured a 250ml can into a tulip. A one finger fine white head on a cloudy yellow apricot. Good head retention, eventually diminishing to a ring. Some patchy, fine lacing.
Fairly strong aroma. Some funk. Fruit. Lots going on. Apricot. The taste follows the nose. Brett. Some citrus notes. Sweetish up front. A long mildly sour finish. More citrus as it warms.
A medium light body and carbonation. Overall a fine Wild Ale.. Smooth and well melded. A fine sipping beer and well worth a try.
