With chocolate chip cookies on the mind, we brewed up Milky Way Imperial Stout. Big chocolate expression from the addition of cacao, as well as some vanilla bean and a touch of cinnamon to round out the layered malt profile.

Malts: 2 Row, Wheat, Chocolate, Pale Chocolate, Carafa, Carafoam, Crystal Medium, Abbey Malt, Roasted Barley, Oats
Hops: Centennial
Yeast: US-05
Adjuncts: Choloca, Vanilla Bean, Cinnamon, Lactose
