Contra Code is a collaboration and celebration of Galaxy hops, with Hop Products Australia and Hops Connect Canada. The latest batches of Galaxy coming out of Oz are full of punchy passionfruit and juicy stonefruit aromas, so we brewed up an IPA to showcase what Galaxy can do. Basically a cheat code for a delicious beer.
Dry hopped with heaps of Galaxy hops for a big bomb of passionfruit and peach on the nose and on the pallet, with some nice soft but tangy citrus rounding it all out.
