Une bière d'économie circulaire!
Depuis le temps que je voulais déguster ce produit tout à fait unique et fabriqué à partir d'aliments qui étaient destinés à la poubelle. Je dois dire que cette saison fruitée et acidulée est parfaite pour les chaudes et humides journées d'été québécois. Une belle découverte!

Pale gold hazy no head to speak of. Tart lemon notes with a big ginger aroma that is on the verge of spicy. The flavor is tart as well, lemony with ginger that stops shy of spiciness. Pretty dry with active carbonation and a last sour tingle in the back of my mouth. This is the first Kvass-like beer I've ever had and it was way better/different than I thought it would be. Not super beer-like, but very refreshing and an interesting tart profile from the bread and lemon (I'm guessing). I was definitely wanting more after each sip, even if this is not what I would usually immediately go for, great beer for a hot day working or at the beach/pool.
