Zesty and perfectly refreshing saison brewed with all Ontario ingredients in collaboration with Still Fields. Blended with 20% foeder saison this bottle will continue develop for a few months.

Pours a light pale straw color. Lots of foam and keeps a small head for the entire drink.
Initial taste was good. A little on the unique side.
Mild and easy to drink. I don't taste any alcohol at all, which is a good thing.
Vanilla tasting and you get a bit of that oak barrel.
For some reason I'm getting some Swiss Cheese cheese too, and I like it. Very mild Swiss Cheese on the nose as well.
Slightly hoppy, but not that much at all. It's easy to drink.
There are better beers out there, but I give this one a buy and would buy again.

Nice saison, subtle complexities and very drinkable. On draft at the source. Wasn't too yeasty!
