473ml can served cold into a weizen glass. LCBO purchase for about $3.50.
Appearance - slightly hazy light gold colour with a small half finger of white head. Low staying power some bubbles and no lacing to speak of.
Smell- grapefruit some salt a touch of coriander and some light weedy hops. Not much else.
Taste- watery grapefruit flavour with hints of salt and coriander a slightly bready backbone that leans towards a sourdough.
Mouthfeel - light and crisp some carbonation and drying sensation to close.
Overall- rather bland and inoffensive gose, the grapefruit doesn’t quite pop neither does the wheaty and salty characteristics of a gose. Ok beer but definitely nothing spectacular.

Pink under a moderate head that settles to a film, no real lace. Aroma suggests grapefruit and beeriness, but not really too forward a nose. Again, some grape fruit to taste, but not too pronounced. Just gently sour. Drinkable, but could start d more grapefruit presence. One of those beers you spend your time searching for what's supposed to be there as you go.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Jan 14 2021 and served slightly chilled.
Pours a clear, pale straw yellow colour, graced with nearly an inch of foamy white head that vanishes within ninety seconds or so. A thin collar and a few filmy wisps on the surface are all that remains; looks about right for a gose. It smells of wheaty grain husks and cereal sweetness, with added hints of coriander, grapefruit zest, lemon and brine.
This is a passable gose, but the grapefruit presence is subtle at best. Grainy, wheaty pale malts, lemon and grapefruit pithiness at the forefront, followed by a light lactic acid sourness and briny salt note; this persists into a tart aftertaste of citrus and tropical fruit that fades. Light in body, with lively carbonation that prickles and prods the palate, resulting in a crisp, lively mouthfeel that suits this style rather nicely. I tossed back my glass easily enough, and wouldn't have minded another.
Final Grade: 3.73, a B grade. Cowbell's Sea Salt & Grapefruit Sour is alright, but the grapefruit presence is too subdued - a little bit more emphasis on that aspect would've really taken this soured ale to the next level, IMO. As it is, this is still a proper gose, albeit an unremarkable one with no specific strong or weak points to discuss - very middle of the road. I'd drink it again if I were in the mood, but it's not something I'd say is worth going out of your way for.
