404 mL nitro-can from their Winter Six Mix, purchased at the LCBO a few months ago; dated Sep 1 2022 and served barely chilled.
Pours opaque jet black, crowned with two fingers of creamy, beige-coloured head that takes forever to dissipate. Ten minutes on, there's still a half-inch cap that continues to slowly wilt: just a gorgeous nitro pour. The aroma includes notes of marshmallow, caramel, milk chocolate and vanilla, as well as hints of cocoa and roasted malts.
Milk chocolate, caramel and vanilla flavours at first, with marshmallow, dark chocolate and graham cracker bringing up the rear. It's not painfully sweet right off the bat, but the sugar builds up over the course of the session, contributing to sticky lips, filmy tongue, etc. This kind of ruins the experience for me, to the point where I just want to rush through the glass and get it over with. Light-medium in body, with a typical nitro beer mouthfeel - smooth, soft, creamy and flat. I am not a huge proponent of nitro, but it works just as well with sweet stouts as it does with dry stouts.
Final Grade: 3.46, a B-. More S'Mores starts off with promising visuals and an inviting nose, but the experience takes a nosedive after that. The flavours do hit most of the notes/ingredients you'd expect from a s'more, but they come off as inauthentic, and the ratios are all wonky - i.e. way too much dark chocolate and sugar, with little in the way of a meaningful counterpoint. Cowbell's relatively dry Draught Nitro Stout is a much more appealing option for this guy, but if you've got a sweet tooth that demands satisfaction, I'd recommend their White Mocha (nitro white stout) over this mediocre brew.

Pretty good for liquid dessert. Not too sweet as you would think, lots of marshmellow comes through with a dark chocolate finish.
