A: Pours a clear yellow/orange color. At first a small white head forms and fades to nothing in a second. No lace is left behind either.
S: Mostly sour apple skins. Kind of like overripe green apples. Cereal grains come next and I can't pick anything else out.
T: Acidic and tart green apples. Toasted malts and cereal grains. This finishes with a fairly intense and puckering sourness.
M/O: A light body with very high carbonation. Not much else to note here, just kind of carbonated/seltzer like. This becomes a bit one noted and the acidity takes over to much. While I can get past that, it might not be for everyone. Even I have to take a brake with this.
If there was ever a generic "kettle sour" this is it. The acidity just takes over and is too much even for me. I would much prefer a low ABV table beer/Saison instead. Not really bad, just kind of basic for a kettle sour.
