An 8 oz pour at the brewery. The beer arrived with no head, which left minimal lacing on the bright yellow, hazy color.
The smell is tart, funky, and earthy.
This beer explodes with flavor. The herbs and vegetables comes through in an amazing, balanced blend with the tanginess of the saison. I can pick out basil, cilantro, and the chocolate mint really shows itself. Amazing.
The mouthfeel is medium carbonation, slight effervescent, and dry.
Overall this beer is amazing. The flavors explode with freshness and everything works well together.
