Chill haze amber with a white film and ring.
Smell is really woody funk, barnyard hay and lactic cheese with a spike of plum.
Taste is a frothy, complex mix of wood, plum, apple, funk, hay and grass with a dash of black peppery spice and a crisp, medium body with a semi-dry finish.
I'm glad we got this before we left, because we'd had the other Sebastian and weren't sure this would be much different, but it was drastically so, and to our delight.
