Deep golden color with off-white head. Aroma is herbal with yeast, earth and grass notes but also sweet, sugary malts in the background. Taste is bittersweet, sugary, a bit astringent, earthy and quite bitter on the finish with dry leaf notes. Body is on the lighter side, carbonation is medium. There is a bit of alcohol warmth which makes it less drinkable than expected for the style.
