Atco Brewing Co. "She Gave Me Cranberries"
16 oz. can without production codes or freshness dating
$3.49 @ Roger Wilco, Pennsauken, NJ
Notes via stream of consciousness: Ahhh, very nice. I was expecting a pinkish beer but this is actually a light straw gold. It's a bit hazy though so it has a bit of a brass sheen to it. The head is a finger-thick cap of bright white. In the nose I'm finding sweetish malt and a light fruitiness. On to the flavor... it's similar as expected except that where the fruitiness was non-descript in the aroma it's clearly cranberry here. It's sweetish, there's next to no bitterness in it, but then the cranberries give it some light tartness that helps to balance it in the finish. It's nice; it's light and refreshing. In the mouth it's medium-light in body and moderately crisp. In the end, although it's a bit of a one-trick pony it's quite good and well worth checking out.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
