(16 oz can, from 4-pack dated 030119, purchased pack cold from brewery... poured into fat tulip)
L: densely milky-cloudy, yellow-amber liquid; open rocky foam, collapses quick on first pour; when remainder poured in, foam retains longer, builds a thick crusty collar
S: juicy grapefruit, pineapple; hint of pine, underlying doughy malt and Turkish delight??; faint essence of spicy ethanol
T: familiar green grassy bite and toasty/doughy base; lightly phenolic, bitter citrus skin perfume to the aftertaste... as it goes, flavors of green spicy herbs, lemon rind, orange flesh, and lightly-sweet lightly-toasty oat cookie linger
F: smooth, soft, foamy, feather-light finish... mellow yet solid lasting (boozy) warmth with a hot spot at the top of palate... delicately plush body
O: bought the pack based off sampling from can at the brewery; 4-pack was pulled from cold box... solid effort - compared to other examples of the style I've tried, this seemed to click more with my own personal tastes - more balanced overall (meatier grain)... will share and buy again
