Sourmash Saison fermented in Sauvingon Blanc Bottles.
Pours an effervescent gold with fast falling cream colored head. Zero head retention & lacing
S: Apples, pears, white grapes
T: Follows the nose, much oaky dryness up front. So much oaky dryness as this warms, plus golden delicious apple & tart/acidic white grapes. Finishes dry with plenty of white wine character
MF: Light body, lively carbonation
Doesn't tick all the boxes for the style, more yeast presence is needed. Drinks fairly easy, but not a style that needs to be in can IMHO
