Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a standard pint.
A: Hazy hay coloration. Pours a 1 finger, bubbly, white head. Settles quickly. No real lacing.
S: Hay, wheat, yeast, with a touch of lemon citrus.
T: Very wheaty, with a sweet lemon citrus.
M: Light and crisp. Bready texture. Sweetness seems almost synthetic.
D: Sesssionable.
Atmosphere is okay. One finger head, no lacing. Nose is wheaty and yeasty with lemon. Bready and wheaty with a synthetic feeling lemon sweetness. Overall, this is a decent quaff.

On tap at Hay Merchant in Houston.
A: Pours a hazed golden orange color. A fluffy white head forms, but recedes in a second. Light lace is left behind.
S: Citrus and orange rind. Biscuity malts. Light coriander spice. An odd sulfur kind of aroma lingers.
T: Citrusy fruits and light coriander spice. The sulfur character is here as well as a good amount of buttered popcorn. Diacetyl for sure. Not really digging this one.
M/D: A light body and soft carbonation. A bit watery and thin. I wish this was more crisp. Easy enough drinking to put a few away. If you wanted.
Not one of the better Brewer's Cut offerings. Maybe it was a dirty line, though considering Hay Merchant's lines are almost always in good order I think not. I might get a single bottle one of these days to make sure, but as is not something I am coming back to often.
