Light, not hoppy, very drinkable. Nothing distinguishing, yet fresh tasting. Enjoyed 12/23/19. Will drink this one again.

I liked this beer and would buy it again.
Poured from a can into a pint glass. Clear yellow color with decent initial head and good lacing. Citrus smell and taste. Nice hoppy bitterness. Good beer.

Initial impression from a can:
IPL. 5.8% ABV. Fun label art.
C+ / ABOVE AVERAGE
***
04/13/19:
Floral notes. 2-row barley/pale malt. Vague citrus. Some hop oil & resin.
Drinks clean without yeast esters. Not a beer with an interesting hop profile, however. Worthwhile to try once, but not a standout IPL by any stretch.

My first Wall Ball. Identified by the folks at Real Ale BC as an India Pale Lager (IPL) with "mad hops." I like the can. Sort of a throwback image. Qbert meets the Kool-Aid Man meets meth.
The beers pours a slightly hazy golden color with noticeable carbonation, but not much head or lace. The nose is nice, light and fruity. Faint apple, pear and vanilla notes with a citrus presence. The taste is surprising. Earthy and malty, but with a nice hoppiness. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, with a faint bitterness in the aftertaste.
I like this beer. It's everything I never knew I wanted out of an India Pale Lager. I can see myself revisiting this one quite a bit this summer. Cheers.

Musty and stale tasting. The most lager of an IPL I have tasted. Not bright or crisp. Maybe a bad can?
