Had on tap. Pale golden body with a white solid white head with spotted lacing. Great white grape, lemon, apple, oak, hay, mild barrel funk, and a hint of olive. Taste opens up more with the mild barnyard funk interacting with the citrus, apricot, white grape with decent must and acidity, finished with a kiss of peach and flowers. Feel is decently sour and sharply acidic, lighter bodied, starts wet but finishes decently dry with light woodiness, elevated.

Brassy golden orange, slight cloudiness, ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
Aromas of oak, eucalyptus, stonefruit, wet hay, some acidic sharpness.
Tart with a noticeable tannic grip from the grapes, apricot, lemon orange marmalade. Lingering oak and mild bitterness in the bone dry finish. Earthy funk that’s pretty mild, slight acetic sharpness that’s not too overwhelming.
Light carb, medium bodied, drinks like a natural white wine. Smooth and crisp with nice acidity, tannins, and light bitterness. Would drink more of this for sure.
