Draft at the brewery for the Secret Garden event, FOBAB 2021 weekend. Served in a stemmed Dovetail teku glass. Hazy pale gold, opaque with hazy fruit particulate. Aroma is acidic and nebulously fruity, fairly delicate.
Taste is tart and fairly tannic, slightly honeyish, finishes very dry. Not getting a lot of specific pear flavor, but it’s a pleasant beer. Smooth and supple feel, easily drinkable.
