Draft at the brewery for Spon Sunday, February '22. Served in a brewery teku glass.
Ample foam, bright golden orange with some plum-related haze. Lasting head and spotty lacing.
Bright stonefruit aroma, some lemon citrus behind it, pleasant and appealing.
Taste has a lot of stonefruit as well, tart lemony acidity, dry oak in the finish. White plum is a unique fruit that corresponds to Mirabelle overseas, i'm guessing. Nice fruit expression here. Lighter side of medium bodied, spritzy and effervescent. I'm liking this carb level, but also really like the still lambic-style Pinot Noir they released not too long ago.
