Bright orange, thin layer of bubbled foam, settles to a still, glassy surface.
Aroma is citrusy and agave-forward, bright and vaguely earthy. Tequila character is present, thankfully it's not boozy.
Tart and spritzy lime, tangy lemon, very bright acidity. Lingering aftertaste of woody bitterness. A little sharp, but not overtly acetic.
Overall it’s good and worth trying, though I like the other barrel treatments a little better.
