Pink Boots Tripel aged in a pair of Koval bourbon barrels. Brewed in collaboration with the Chicago chapter of the Pink Boots Society, and released on the eve of the 2025 Festival of Barrel Aged Beers.

Released six months from the Spring 2025 release of Pink Boots Tripel. Assuming that was the duration of barrel time this beer was aged. It was pleasant enough to drink, but there was a noticeable THP presence of grainy cheerios that wasn’t present in the base beer earlier this year. Creamy foam and texture. Grainy with a tiny bit of woody vanilla. Body was a little bit thinner, still very potent.
