Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: A quick hit of zesty citrus and slightly resinous grassy earthy notes, followed by a wave of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, floral hints, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of ripe exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, guava, candied pineapple, gooseberry, peach, white grape, apricot, passion fruit, melon, mango, and a hint of papaya, juicy citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon lime, light floral notes, earthy grassy undertones, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A little on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Cool hop combo, but it sits a bit sweet and there's an earthy grassy almost spicy note there that reminds me of what Strata brings that's kinda throwing me. I think it could use a couple more IBUs from the Citra help balance it.
