Another one of Humble Sea's beers drank for the 1st time during Sacramento Beer Week 2019.
Mild yellow/amber appearance 2/5" white head. Mosaic seems to be the dry hop, good aroma notes, not the most massive or dank use of Mosaic but its there and nice.
Taste is good, you got a Simcoe and Eureka bitterness push out of it, standard high bitter high drying effect type of hop input. Super light malt body, totally pushing the limits of minimalistic malt versus proprietary hops and alcohol on this one but they pull off an amazing ability to make double digit abv crushable without the use it seems of lactose or a more absorbent malt bill.
This one just kept getting better the more I drank of it. Such a soft touch on the back end of something so powerful up front. I assume this must be like a NE triple ipa because I assume it must have had some flaked oats/wheat to have such a soft ending without compromising carbonation or some other aspect. Otherwise short summary review: good stuff, but great ending.

Subdued sweet tropical hoppy aromatics. Taste follows with a very soft mouthfeel...just feels nice and soft on the palate. Loving the depth and feel on this one. It finishes very smooth with a dank hoppy bitter bite on the swallow...I think that is where the terpenes come in play for me. This one is not too boozy on the finish like a lot of hazy TIPAs. Great job Humble Sea!!!
