West Coast Pale Ale with Mosaic and Amarillo. We brewed it with an English Maris Otter pale ale malt, Mosaic and Amarillo in the kettle, and then a generous dry-hopping of Mosaic. The result is a new-school pale with notes of berry, citrus, dankness, and a slightly bigger body that’s still crisp and crushable.
