Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, berries, citrus, earthy tones, resinous pine, herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of citrus, tropical, and stone fruit, peach, apricot, tangerine, mango, pineapple, lime, grapefruit, blueberry, lemon, and papaya, earthy herbal notes, resinous pine, a touch of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation
O: It's fine, nothing groundbreaking, nothing terrible. My main gripe is that something about this hop combo gives it an earthy undertone that kinda muddies the flavors. I wouldn't turn away a second if it was put in front of me, but I'd probably choose something else if it was my call.
