Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.

S: Ripe and candied tropical, orchard fruit, and faint melon, juicy slightly zesty citrus, a hint of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

T: Tropical and orchard fruit, pear, candied pineapple, papaya, guava, mango, apricot, and hints of passion fruit and melon, citrus, pink grapefruit and lemonade, light floral notes, a touch of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, creamy soft and smooth.

O: Super unique, I'm normally not big on what El Dorado brings and how it shows up, but here it's actually quite nicely incorporated and balanced. Super smooth for a DIPA. I can see why they revived this one.

Humble Sea 3 pours a deep and foggy looking orange with a small white cap that slowly fades with no lacing. The smell has a slight juice to it with orange and assorted tropicals and a hint of stone fruit. The taste is banging! Smooth and juicy over the palette with an undertone of hops but not overpowering. The citrus and tropicals dominate in this 3rd anniversary beer!

Sweet, tropical hoppy, and slightly dank aromatics on this one! Taste follows with a juicy, tropical hoppy, dank, and bitter swallow. This is very well-balanced and is crushable for a dipa! This feels great on the palate with a softness and smoothness that compliments the bitter bite well. This was a great offering for their third anniversary! This is great!
