Sweet tropical hoppy, slightly malty, white wine grape, and orange citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a soft and juicy, hoppy and grapefruit citrus bitter finish. I was hoping for a bit more Nelson pop on this one, but the hop profile is pretty balanced here. This is a delicious double!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Nelson jumps right out with classic gooseberry and white grape, followed right up with all the tropical goodness from the Citra and Galaxy, plus a little citrus for good measure, faint grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy tropical goodness, gooseberry, mango, guava, passion fruit, peach, apricot, and a touch of white grape, citrus, orange and lemon lime, subtle grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A bit on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, alcohol is totally hidden, dangerously drinkable.
O: Really nice use of 3 great hops. A DIPA shouldn't be this crushable.
