This was one of my first Humble Sea stouts, this was a good one that definitely made me excited for future releases. A strong imperial stout that is close to 12% filled with tasty adjuncts including cacao nibs, toasted walnuts,Ghirarldelli chocolate and Mexican vanilla beans. I really enjoyed the chocolate which was the strongest tasting adjunct I tasted. Humble Sea ad Southern Grist were going for a brownie pastry stout and I think they hit it out of the park, while some pastry stouts have been more on the sweet side this one was not overwhelmingly sweet and very easy to drink.
