Named after head brewer’s second daughter, this dry, aromatic and offensively crispy pilsner is dry hopped with Saphir & Grüngeist for a nectar little nose of mixed berries, herbs, spice and a touch of resin. Step infusion mash, naturally carbonated, and lagered in our horizontal lagering tanks.

Hey I just found out this beer was named after a brand new daughter, which is right when I picked this up, coming home with my newborn. Thanks for the pickup Blake.

Pours a nice golden yellow familiar color, excellent clarity to the beer for such a small brewery. They call this an Italian Pilsner. 2/3" white head. She's a looker. The aroma hits the traditional hopping notes, but like, extra dry hopping, I guess that is what an Italian pilsner (American seems like a fine designation, but you can't be very extra that way). Lager yeast noticeable, we're in good territory.

Taste is nice, and of the mixed selection, this was probably my favorite. All good, but there are levels man. This beer has extra hopping but uses traditional hopping. Traditional hops, modern amounts. Damn it now I got that large amounts song in my head. Light lemon and grapefruit rind hop impression. Crisp light white bread body. I dunno what the commercial tug job about spices and shit is about. Weird, nothing like that here.

Sweet, light bready malts, lemon citrus, and old school hoppy nose on this one! Taste follows with a burnt biscuity malty and citrus hoppy bitter finish. As it warms, the bitter bite takes on a bit of a nutty vibe after a while...that combined with the old school hoppiness outshines the malts on the backend. A little hoppier than I like my pils to be, but it is an Italian Pilsner! Tasty!
