Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, juicy citrus, slightly resinous, faintly grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of juicy citrus with tropical and stone fruit, mango, orange, pineapple, passion fruit, apricot, lime, and a hints of grapefruit and guava, slightly resinous, subtle grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate, subtle tingle of hop burn. Drinks like its only 7%.
O: Two of my favorite hops coming together in a super smooth hazy DIPA.
