Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Tropical bubble gum, floral, Nelson white grape, gooseberry, and diesel, dank herbal notes, a bit floral, a little citrus, crackery biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Interesting mix of Nelson and Mosaic up front, white grape, gooseberry, diesel, floral, bubblegum, citrus, lemon and lime, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, mango, apricot, nectarine, guava, and papaya, a little pine, slight dank herbal notes, crackery biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness, with a little alcohol coming through.
M: Light to medium body, moderate carbonation, with a touch of alcohol that can poke through as it warms.
O: It's not bad, but by Humble Sea standards it's a miss. Feels too light for a DIPA, not enough IBUs to really call it West Coast, and the hops don't quite play as nicely together as I was hoping they would.

There’s a shark on the can partying, so going into this one I was pretty stoked like Jaws after an obese granny went overboard on the latest Carnival Cruise. That being said, this one doesn’t speak to me. It’s West Coast meets Windex - yeah, no thank you!

Sweet honey malty, tropical hoppy, hint of white wine grape, and mosaic dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet, honey malty, sweet tropical fruity, and mildly hoppy bitter swallow. The hop profile is a bit muddled on the backend, but it's still tasty and enjoyable. This is nice and soft on the palate...good stuff!
