Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours super hazy peachy golden orange amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit hits first, followed by classic Nelson gooseberry and white grape, citrus, spicy pine, a hint of diesel, biscuity malt, caramel sweetness.
T: Mix of fruits, from tropical and exotic to citrus and stone fruit, passion fruit, gooseberry, mango, white grape, apricot, tangerine, lime, lemon, and peach, a little Southern Hemisphere diesel, spicy pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, somewhat soft on the palate, but it does have a little hop burn.
O: I think my favorite thing about this beer (just behind the smell) is how the hops come together. You get all the elements from each in a really balanced way, without any one hop dominating. I wouldn't mind just a touch less bitterness to make it a bit more juicy, but that's just me. Really nicely put together brew.
