A blend of Pilsner and Maris Otter to create a crisp and slightly malty backbone and hopped exclusively with our hand-selected Simcoe to showcase our lot. Our Simcoe throws off tons of pineapple with a nice mellow spicy dank in the background which is what has made Simcoe so successful in West Coast styles.
