Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a slight haze and a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Big tropical and stone fruit, pine, citrus, slight spicy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Vibrant tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, guava, plus a hint of pear, plum, and melon, spicy pine, citrus, lemon, lime, and tangerine, faint grassy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation.
O: Really nice tropical West Coast IPA. Plenty of bitterness, but the fruity side still shines.
