Collaboration with Flatland Brewing
West Coast IPA double dry-hopped with Strata, Nelson, Chinook, and Idaho 7.
Designed to be sort of a cross between our West Coast Pilsners and our West Coast IPAs, this was a fun and different beer to make with our friends from Flatland Brewing. A combo of 2-row and floor malted Bohemian Pilsner malts, with big hot side charges of Chinook and Idaho 7, with two different massive dry hops of our hand selected Strata and Nelson.
