Bottle from the brewery in Santa Cruz, CA. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a finger of foamy white head that dissipates, decent lacing, smell is sliced cucumber, salt, hint of funk and oak, taste is half pickled cucumber, cucumber flesh, cucumber skin, salt, hint of oak and funk, feel is light, bright carbonation, medium carbonic bite, finishes dry. A very nice and refreshing cucumber forward gose with a nice level of salt and funk.
