Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy eggshell white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Bright citrus, light tropical and stone fruit, floral, subtle herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous pine, floral notes, citrus, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and a touch of tangerine, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, peach, apricot, mango, and a touch of pineapple and papaya, underlying herbal notes, biscuity malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Fun twist on their flagship. Solid West Coast IPA, but I think I prefer the standard version.
