Nitro blonde coffee stout collaboration with Sightglass Coffee (SF)
The premise behind the beer was to try to replicate the flavor and appearance of a flat white (espresso and steamed milk). It was brewed with some particularly toasty, but light colored grains, Sightglass Coffee, and vanilla beans to try to push the flavors of a stout but keep the color light.
