Can poured into a pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a slight chill haze and a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Quick hit of classic Nelson gooseberry and white grape followed by a wave of juicy tropical and stone fruit, a touch of pine, a little citrus, faint grassy herbal notes, crackery malt, and just enough caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, mango, gooseberry, guava, apricot, white grape, strawberry, and peach, a little pine, citrus, grapefruit and lemon lime, subtle grassy herbal notes, crackery biscuity malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp and bright.
O: This one just kept getting better. Hop combo works beautifully together. Wow!
