Crowler poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that slowly settles to a thin layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Dank grassy herbal notes, big citrus zest, underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
T: Grassy dank herbal notes mixed with a wall of bright zesty citrus, big grapefruit/pomelo lime, lemon, and a touch of tangerine, light underlying tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach, and pineapple, crackery malt, and just a touch of sweetness.
M: Light body, moderate carbonation.
O: Wanted to try this one just to see what Taiheke was all about. Wasn't expecting this. Everything comes together so beautifully. Would definitely be a go to if it became a standard, not just a rotating rarity.
