Collab with Good Word Brewing
Pale Lager with Hersbrucker and Saphir
The awesome folx at Good Word Brewing are making some incredible lagers (among other styles), so we decided to test both our brewing styles and brew a super nuanced pale lager, utilizing 6-row Pilsner and wheat from Admiral Malting along with a decoction and steam multi-step mash that was naturally carbonated and horizontally lagered.
