Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves a little light lacing.
S: Rich tropical fruit, passion fruit, nectarine, pineapple, and mango all stand out, a little citrus, soft floral and grassy notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Big tropical fruit, nectarine, mango, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, and apricot, citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and a hint of grapefruit, a bit floral, faintly resinous grassy notes, maybe a hint of vanilla, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm definitely digging Nectaron as the new hop on the block. Great hop combo that brings a lot of the classic flavors, but doesn't feel like just another Citra bomb.
