Experimental Thiol Boosted Foggy IPA
We got majorly experimental with this recipe and YOWZA it’s delish. This recipe was brewed with no traditional hop pellets. Instead, we got a little wild and used alternative hops products and oils along with a thiol enhancing yeast strain from Berkeley Science. To break it down a bit, thiols are highly aroma-active compounds derived from hops that can give a very intense fruity flavor to predominantly dry-hopped beers and this recipe was no exception.
