Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy cream white/pale khaki head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Lively tropical and stone fruit, citrus, floral hints, green herbal notes, bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit as expected, pineapple, nectarine, mango, apricot, papaya, and a hint of grape candy, citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon, slight green herbal notes, bready malt, and a little caramel sweetness.
M: Just a touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly chewy.
O: I love seeing what brewers can do with just a single hop, especially a fairly new one. Here I think they did a really solid job of showing off what Nectaron brings to the table in a nicely balanced beer. I will say, it drinks more like a 6%+ IPA than a lighter pale ale. Only tweak I'd make is swap the wheat for a lighter malt to brighten it up a bit.

Beautiful clear golden color with a small head of foam. Dank on nose. Piney, dank, hoppy with a hint of citrus flavors. Goes down super easy. A well done pale ale from HS.
