Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours super hazy appropriately peachy golden amber with a frothy pale khaki head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Tropical and stone fruit, soft hit of peach, bright citrus, a touch of resinous pine, biscuity malt, and caramels sweetness.
T: Bright, citrus, lemon, lime, tangerine, and grapefruit, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, apricot, peach does show up but it's not overwhelming, and hints of mango, a little resinous pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately lively carbonation, and a hint of hop burn.
O: Kinda torn on how to score this. If you made me blind taste this, I probably wouldn't be able to tell you they added peach. That goes both ways. The flavor is somewhat subtle and blends right in with the hops, but brings a little extra depth. At the same time, it's a fruited IPA and I wish there was just a bit more peachy goodness there. I'd definitely drink it again though.
