Bready-biscuity malty, hint of sweet lemon zest, and hint of hoppy-dank nose on this one! Taste follows with a sweet honey-bready malty, lemony-citrus hoppy finish. This is very clean and crispy...and it let's the very balanced hop additions shine. There is a great balance between the sweet malts and the hoppy bitterness. This is fantastic! And underrated! Tastes like some mosaic is up in here!

16 oz can purchased at Humble Sea in Santa Cruz, into a clear plastic cup from motel room bathroom counter.
Pours brilliant pale yellow with white head.
Very hoppy for a pilsner.
Does my nose detect Nelson hops? Whatever they are, they're quite pleasant.
Bready malt with a fruity hop character in the taste.
Dry finish with medium carbonation.
A loverly beer.
