Collab w/ Cerveza Szot
Dank Thiol Boosted DDH Hop Fused Foggy DIPA with Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe, Columbus, & Cascade.
This spring we connected with Martin from @cervezaszot in Chile and were blown away by what they were doing with experimentation and revolutionary hopping methods. We teamed up and created a thiol boosted DIPA with various hopping techniques and varieties meant to highlight the fruity thiol flavor and aromas, and combined them with some dank varieties to produce a very unique DIPA to us.
