Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves a bit of nice lacing.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, bright citrus, a touch grassy, biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.
T: Vibrant tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, apricot, peach, guava, and hints of papaya, pear, and melon, bright underlying citrus, lemon, lime, light grapefruit, and tangerine, slightly grassy, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: This is right in my wheelhouse. After recently having a couple tropical IPAs that went with a breadier fuller malt bill having something light and bright hits the spot.
